We Are Ei

I am Orange, an independent, self-motivated individual with no ties to any influencers or organizations. The funding for initializing these projects comes entirely from my personal savings, and the total cost does not exceed $700.

Ei stands for Enrich Independent. Here, "Enrich" refers not only to financial enrichment but also to enriching content and spirit. Project 1500 aims to support and reward at least 1,500 independent creators and projects that focus on the overseas Chinese community over the next ten years, while transparency and accountability will be ensured during all our practices.

Personal Investment & Business Expenses Accounts

For the initial three months, both the personal and business accounts associated with $Ei will be partially (50%) locked. After 6 months, I will regain full control over these accounts, a total of 20% of the circulation. Transparency is a cornerstone of this project; hence, both wallet addresses will be made public.
Any personal expenditures, such as upgrading computer hardware for improved video editing, will be funded either through my personal savings or from the personal investment account at $Ei.
Every transaction from the business account will be clearly explained and documented. This account will strictly be used for business-related expenses, ensuring no misuse of funds. Should there be a need to liquidate $Ei tokens from the business account for operational purposes, such as purchasing equipment for employees, I will provide detailed justifications and
supporting documentation publicly.
The 1% trading fees for an AMM (AMM v4) go back to the liquidity pool and a small amount (0.03%) goes to Raydium ($RAY) buybacks.

Project 1500

Project 1500 aims to support independent Mandarin-speaking influencers, content creators, and individuals on international platforms through the strategic airdropping of $Ei tokens.
Over a period of 10 years, 20% of the total $Ei in circulation will be distributed to 1,500 individuals. Approximately 0.167% of $Ei in circulation (enough for 12 individuals) will be unlocked monthly starting from February 2025. Each individual is capped at receiving $2,000 per month. If the value of $Ei changes, adjustments to the number of tokens distributed monthly will be proposed to the community for approval, irrespective of whether they are $Ei holders.
Possible reward categories include Trending Individual, Trending Video, Commitment Individual, and Rising Star, with three slots allocated to each. Outcomes will be determined by community voting. More details will be proposed to public later.

Long-term Initiatives

The project will back long-term initiatives led by independents, varying in size and schedule. Every six months, 0.25% of the $Ei in circulation (250,000,000 tokens) will be unlocked. Funds can be distributed either as airdropped tokens or in USD after trading.
All project support decisions will be made case-by-case with community consent. Additional details about the project will be discussed in depth after the initial three months.

Initiator Incentive Pay Package

This incentive is available to me as long as I remain actively involved in operating and developing the project. If the transaction size or price impact could affect $Ei's fairness and stability, restrictions may be applied with community consent
If I disengage from the project, the Incentive package will be transferred to the new individual or organization in charge, with adjustments subject to community approval.

Locked Supply Management

10% of the holding supply will be unlocked yearly and will require community approval for distribution or usage.
If not utilized, the 10% will be re-locked for another 10 years. In the absence of a decision 48 hours before the unlock date, a re-lock procedure will be performed via live streaming immediately after unlocking.

Potential Challenges

Growth Management: As $Ei & Project 1500 show positive and sustained growth, introducing a credible third-party for governance and operations may become viable. This could be either an individual expert or a professional agency. Transparency is paramount. Any proposed third-party will be introduced to the community with a clear outline of their roles and responsibilities. Their integration will only proceed with community approval. The specific threshold for considering third-party involvement is when $Ei token reaches a value of 0.00001 USD each on average.
Longevity and Evolution: If the project remains active for a decade, it's crucial to start planning for the future around years 8 or 9. Whoever is in charge at that time should craft a new strategy and roadmap. Given that 10% of the supply will have been unlocked yearly, it will be essential to assess and develop future funding strategies based on the remaining resources and project needs.
Force Majeure: It is crucial to develop contingency plans to address potential unforeseen events (force majeure) that could impact project operations or token value. This might include economic crises, significant regulatory changes, or other external shocks. Maintain open lines of communication with the community and stakeholders to swiftly address and adapt to unexpected challenges.

By anticipating these challenges and setting clear strategies and thresholds for addressing them, $Ei & Project 1500 can better navigate future uncertainties and maintain robust project growth and sustainability.
